Bring an idea
Type a topic, describe a situation, or bring a YouTube link. Family repair, anxiety, communication, recovery routines—the starting point is yours.
Explore directions
Start with boundaries, family repair, anxiety, a room challenge, or a video. Explore topic-specific directions before choosing the format that fits your group.
Shape the session
Bring the selected direction into discussion questions, practice, facilitator cues, and a closing action. Adjust the delivery without starting your planning from scratch.
Prepare materials
Preview client handouts, print the facilitator guide, or present on a TV. Review the materials and use what fits—without juggling a separate set of tools.
Finish with notes
Record presentation changes, select multiple interventions, and add relevant observations. Review the individual draft and group description, then copy into your EMR. No client identifiers go into the studio.
Take it into the room
Lead a conversation, get people involved, or put the ideas on screen. The materials work together, and you choose what to use.
Client handouts and facilitator guides. Preview, download a PDF, or print directly from the studio.
TV-ready slides, with an editable deck and PowerPoint backup. Review, edit, or hide individual slides before presenting.
Activities, games, and reflection prompts adapt to the chosen direction and the needs of the room.
Bring a YouTube link or search for a supporting video. Available transcripts ground the video-based session.
Your facilitator profile shapes the language and approach around your experience, preferences, and training.
Clinical Notes Assistant
You did the work in the room. Don’t face a blank page afterward. Draft a group description and individual notes from the observations and interventions you confirm.
No client names or identifiers. Your EMR remains the clinical record.
“The way that you can copy the group description and put that in a note is gold. Seriously.”
Need the notes—not the full studio?
The standalone Clinical Notes Assistant turns facilitator-confirmed observations and interventions into an editable general group note and individualized progress-note drafts. No group plan from Recovery Group Studio is required.

Edit one recurring event, this event and those after it, or the full series.
Record the delivered topic and keep the team’s past groups connected.

Built for real group rooms
For mental health, substance use, and co-occurring programs. Flexible enough for today’s group. Connected enough for the whole team.

See the Billing Policy for renewals, cancellation, payment failures, taxes, and retention.
Professional judgment stays in the room
Recovery Group Studio helps trained staff prepare, adapt, facilitate, and draft. It does not diagnose, make individualized treatment decisions, or replace clinical supervision, organizational policy, emergency procedures, or final documentation review.
Common questions

Yes. One facilitator can subscribe to the standalone Clinical Notes Assistant for $20 per month or $200 per year and document groups planned anywhere. Every facility subscription already includes the assistant for its active facilitator profiles.
The product is designed around topics and facilitator-confirmed observations—not client names, census details, diagnoses, or other identifiers.
No. Facilities and facilitators can shape sessions around their program model, therapeutic approaches, and recovery pathways, including twelve-step, secular, SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, faith-integrated, and peer-led approaches.
Yes. Facility workspaces share past-group history while each facilitator keeps an individual profile and delivery style.
No. The calendar coordinates groups, program activities, facilitator assignments, rooms, and non-identifying individual-session blocks. Client names and identifiers stay in your organization’s approved clinical systems.
No. Every facility plan includes the complete planning, materials, history, and documentation-support workflow. Plans differ by active facilitator seats, onboarding, and organizational scope—not by withholding core features.
Annual plans are prepaid and priced at the equivalent of ten monthly payments, so the facility receives two months of savings. Administration-only roles do not use facilitator seats.
Yes. A facility can configure multiple program types and levels of care, while facilitators can choose the appropriate program context for the group they are planning.
Request a personal demo built around your program. If hands-on evaluation would help, we can arrange a time-limited invitation with a clear generation allowance. Demo access never converts automatically or charges a card. Ready teams can choose a facility plan directly.
